The Mug - Northern Lights
The Mug is created using the slab method of pottery. I use a me-made template for the body to create a slighty stocky but truly beautiful mug with an exaggerated handle that fits beautifully in hand. Because each piece is made individually, they vary slightly in form and glaze.
Northern Lights glaze is created by using a combination of three glazes together to create an effect that reminds me a bit of the Northern Lights. Each piece is unique with shades of green, purple, and blue to create a truly beautiful effect.
The Mug holds approximately 10oz of liquid.
